"Muy bien cuidado todo, a unos metros de zona comercial pero en una calle muy tranquila sin ruido para descansar. Recomendable para cortas y largas temporadas. Ideal para hacer turismo y salir de fiesta. Cerca de linea de metro. La "casera" muy simpatica y todo perfecto. Estoy muy contento"

"l'appartemement de Berlin est correct par rapport au prix.Quartier bien placé , avec commerce et métro.L'immeuble était calme mais très vieux ( assenceur minuscule )
améliorations: ustensiles de cuisine, lit canapé sans housse de matelas( celle présente ne pouvait etre mise )
point positif: bon suivi de la réservation et une journée de location supplémentaire que nous avions demandée le jour de notre départ car l'aéroport de Tegel était toujours fermé.Bonne réaction de l'équipe de Berlin"

plus éloigné du centre que décrit, mais en effet , métro à proximité.
certaines réparations à envisager : douche, robinet, fermetuure fenêtres...

"Looks from the outside can be deciving as this apartment has everything required for a short stay in Berlin for 2-3 people. Although the building itself could do with upgrading the Locale is quiet with amenties within a short walking distance including the underground, supermarket and various small shops."
