"The accomodation was fine (beds were good). The kitchen was well equiped, everything worked fine. 1 bathroom for four people costs time in the morning (different wake ups help). Parking is public parking on the street, but it was no problem to park and it was cheap.
Metro and bus on a five minutes walk. Information about Berlin in house okay. Two keys. No complaints."

"Het appartement heeft 2slaapkamers waarvan de master bedroom een goed bed heeft en de 2e slaapkamer een zeer klein bed heeft met een hard matras. Niet fijn als je met zijn vieren bent.

"Muy satisfechos en general. Les sugerimos colocar percha, espejo, toallero y portarrollo en el baño del inodoro.Reparar la mampara, ó colocar cortina de baño, además de algún elemento de secado del piso.
Casi imprescindible internet; Muchas reservas de lugares a visitar se solicitan por este medio.Por ejemplo, la visita a la cúpula del senado, nos quedó pendiente por esta razón."

"The apartment is a well equipped, large and safe space on the first floor of a nice building, on a very quiet street. It is a comfortable space in close proximity to Wittenberg Platz U-Bahn station. The owner was extremely helpful with explaining how all of the appliances are to be operated. The online documentation was very complete, which made the process of contacting the apartment owner very easy. "

"Le descriptif de l'appartement présente plusieurs erreurs :
- pas de parquet mais une moquette grise très sale
- absence de parking. Nous avons dû payer un supplément pour pouvoir accéder au parking de l'immeuble
- pare douche près à tomber et fuites à la baignoire
- vaisselle très restreinte : même pour 4 personnes
- appartement au rez de chaussée avec obligation de fermer les volets en notre absence"

Le parquet a été retiré des équipements. La paroi de la baignoire étant une porte flexible, ne couvrant que les trois quarts de la baignoire, vous devrez faire attention de rester dans la partie couverte, pour éviter des écoulements d’eau sur le sol.

"The apartment was fine, although a little bit old (peeping doors and windows). The service of mr. Wegner was perfect. He even helped us with our car when we tried to leave (empty accu).
