"Era la primera vez que alquilábamos un apartamento para un viaje, así que teníamos ciertas dudas sobre lo que nos íbamos a encontrar. El resultado fue totalmente satisfactorio, muy buena la relación calidad precio, genial en cuanto a limpieza y equipamiento y no menos en cuanto a su ubicación.
El trato con el dueño de la vivienda fue muy bueno desde el principio, no solo nos facilitó información para que nuestra llegada al apartamento y posterior alojamiento, fuera confortable, sino que además facilitó el que nos recibiera una persona de habla hispana, lo que resultó de gran ayuda.
Sin duda recomendaré mi alojamiento.

"The apartment is very nice and very well located, right in the center of the city. You're close to all the most important spots of Berlin, you can do almost all by foot if you
want. The owner is very reachable, both by mail and phone. The indications he gave us to come to the apartment were very precise and useful. We have been able to check in at
9 am and check out when we wanted as there was no one before and after us. It was very nice and easier for us (we didn't need to use a luggage deposit). The apartment was just PERFECTLY clean, it was amazing ! There is all you need in the kitchen for you stay if you want to have your own meal at home. Maybe the only negative point is the first impression you have while arriving at the building which is not an "architectural beauty" but since you enter the apartment, you forget your first impression. The place is warm and nice, very cosy. We really enjoy our stay and warmly recommand this apartment if you want to be close to all the things to see."
