"Great location, aopartment was clean and in good condition. The shower in the bathroom though needed some work. Overall good place to stay for the price, it's a fair deal. And if you want a late night snack, there is a really yummy Doner kebab stand around the corner. Gooo for it :)"

"Good clean accommodation, it had everything I needed to make my Berlin stay comfortable. Easy access via U-Bahn to Tegel airport and central Berlin.
My only minor points were the balcony window & door and shower screen needed attention, but these should not detract from the excellent value this appartment provided."

"L'appartement est très propre, très lumineux et bien agencé. Très agréable pour une semaine. Le quartier n'est pas le plus plaisant de Berlin mais il y a tout à porter de main et puis l'appartement est à 5 min à pied de l'entrée de métro et à 10 min en métro du centre ville. Vivement recommandé. "

"I was somewhat disappointed by the property which I thought was over-sold by the all-berlin-apartment advert. The property is located on the 3rd floor of a poorly managed/unclean apartment block. The apartment itself was EXTREMELY dirty %u2013 On arrival, I had to hoover prior resident%u2019s hair pieces and dust off the sofa, bed, and table tops. The floor was dirty, dusty, and generally unclean. The bed linen appeared unclean. The elevator serving the apartment block broke down and ceased working within my stay. This was not worth the money paid! "

"Muy bien cuidado todo, a unos metros de zona comercial pero en una calle muy tranquila sin ruido para descansar. Recomendable para cortas y largas temporadas. Ideal para hacer turismo y salir de fiesta. Cerca de linea de metro. La "casera" muy simpatica y todo perfecto. Estoy muy contento"
