Le logement est propre, calme avec les différents services attendus.
2 points d'amélioration à noter :
1/ le fonctionnement défectueux des serrures de l'immeuble et de l'appartement lui même => nous avons failli rester bloqués 2 fois en bas de l'immeuble ou devant l'appartement, heureusement qu'un d'entre nous était dans l'appartement pour venir nous ouvrir ...
2/ Les WC positionnés dans l'unique salle de bain alors que l'appartement est pour 10 personnes est contraignant."

"The accommodation was clean and spacious. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room. Unfortunately, the bathroom let the flat down - the shower screen was broken, there was no plug and there was not enough hot water for so many people. We also had a dodgy moment or two with the toilet!
The morning we were leaving, the man did not arrive with the deposit - too early apparently! He did make the effort to come to meet us at the airport, but it was a bit stressful when rushing for a flight.
It would have been good to have an email a week or two before departure with all the details again. We hadn't noticed we needed to send passport details as this is not usual practice in the UK and I would have expected to receive a reminider or prompt to do this. "

"This appartement is located in an old building (with broad walls) which was very humid and cold in the autumn time. We were there on a week-end where the wether outside was very warm but we were freezing in the appartement at night because the central heating system was not yet on. Because of that, we did not find the flat cosy at all. We also regretted that the bathroom had no key and that it smelt cigarettes in one of the bedroom and in the living room."

"Apartment was in excellent location - so easy to get to everywhere. On U and S bahn routes and also on bus routes to airport and city. Shops and restaurants very close.
Flat was lovely and big but shower was falling apart and some slats on our bed were broken. Big cups for tea and coffee would be a bonus!
Note this is smoking flat - I did not realise and as a non smoker found it to be smelly!"

"A lot of Kitchen stofs was missing. Not easy to cook. Cold appartment. The heat did not worked. The internet did not worked. The toilet could not flush out. The sofa was defect. Not so many lamps - dark appartment. "

Il manquait des choses plutôt important dans l'appartement , par exemple un verrou pour la seule salle de bain qui fait aussi toilettes!
Aussi des bols, des cendriers ou des verres à pied.
Le manque de volet est aussi très embêtant !"

"El apartamento simpático, amueblado IKEA con gusto y con un suelo de madera bonito. La iluminación (acorde a Berlín) muy tenue. En la sala-comedor llega a ser excesivamente tenue y no se puede casi ni jugar a cartas.
La escalera algo dejada pero no sé si es achacable al apartamento. Es un primer piso sin ascensor al que se entra a través de un patio interior. Sin ruidos y con vistas a los árboles de los patios. Estas al lado de transportes, paradas de S, U y autobús. A un paso caminando de la plaza Savigny, un encanto, y con cantidad de parques alrededor para niños, tiendas, restaurantes y centros comerciales, etc.
Es una lástima algunos pequeños detalles: soporte de la ducha roto, el baño no tiene un pestillo interior, la conexión de internet es lentísima, la tele tiene una conectividad limitadísima y los sofas deberían pasarse por la tintorería. En resumen, que por el precio que cobran gastarse un 5% en limpieza, en la de fondo, y cuatro reparaciones-mejoras estaría bien."

"Shower screening inadaquate. Third bedroom really too small for the bed - difficult to walk around. Living area, kitchen and main bedroom all excellent. Second bedroom adaquate. Some dining room chairs should be replaced. Good clean linen provided and apartment generally clean and well maintained."

"The accomodation was lovely, very clean, spacious, there were 5 of us and we had loads of room. The bathroom was large and the kitchen had everything - it was just lovely. The location was right next to the station and just round from the tube - 4 stops from the main train station - perfect location. The contact person was great, met us on arrival and departure, very nice and helpful. We would definitely go back there. Lovely town and everything you needed was right there."
