"Appartment on the edge of an upcoming area in East-Berlin. Bakery, supermarket and U-and S-Bahn within walking distance. Clean, quiet, good shower, basic kitchen, everything you need for a few days. Not very cozy though. Free parking in front of the door!"

"il faudrait mieux indiquer comment accéder à l'entrée de la résidence, car il faut être déjà DANS la cour de la résidence pour trouver le N°. équipement manquant : un séchoir à linge et un fer à repasser. Fauteuils et canapés rouges du salon laissant une impression de "pas net" L'inmmeuble est calme, l'appartement bien esnsoleillé et spacieux.

"Der Teppichboden ist eine generell unhygienische Lösung für eine Mietwohnung. Unangenehm für uns war, dass die Wohnung im Bereich der grünen Umweltplakete liegt. Da unser Diesel diese Plakete nicht erhalten kann, bestand bei uns eine gewisse Unruhe bez. unseres geparkten Fahrzeuges. Der Hinweis der Umweltplakte wäre hilfreich. (bitte nicht veröffentlichen-wird ja mit einem Punkt in Flensburg geahntet)
