If you are offering accommodation which is appropriate for rental to professionals and tourists throughout the year we can offer you two options so that you get bookings right from the first day.
CENTRAL RESERVATIONS
After having received your request (see below), we will look at your property and advise you with regard to photographs, property interiors, prices and other aspects.
Once your property is added, we will manage booking requests, only sending you confirmed bookings. From this point onwards it is the responsibility of the proprietor to carry out check-in, cleaning and other necessary tasks etc.
This service:
- does not require exclusivity
- means that the inclusion of your property is free of charge. We only charge commission for every confirmed reservation that we send you
- requires the signing of a contract which governs liability
We do NOT charge for the inclusion of your property! It's FREE!If we do not send you bookings, there will be no cost- what better guarantee could you find in your search for a company 100% dedicated to the rental of your property and to maximizing your income?
FULL MANAGEMENT (availability will depend upon destination)
Includes the same services as above, however as a proprietor you do not need to do anything. You give us the keys to your property, and everything else will be 100% managed by us, right from cleaning and check-in down to the little details etc. You can simply relax and enjoy the monthly income.
This service:
- requires exclusivity
- will be charged monthly according to the reservations made
- requires the signing of a contract which governs liability.
We will constantly review the success of your accommodation and adjust prices according to market needs. In order to carry out this process, we have the statistics for thousands of bookings, allowing us to get the highest return upon your accommodation!
If your accommodation is included, it's free- we will only make charges in the case of success.
