Accommodation Description

A Berlin vacation rental to enjoy and relax. This holiday apartment is located on the third floor and consists of two rooms (livingroom and bedroom), a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with bath tub, and a small balcony with a view over a green court. The vacation flat has the typical features of a classic Wilhelminian style Berlin building - high decorated ceilings and wooden floors. It is furnished in a tasty and functional way with a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed, several chairs, TV set, a small Hifi set, books and board games that guarantee a pleasant stay in Berlin. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven (4 fires), fridge, dinner table and chairs, coffee maker, toaster and crockery. To the holiday apartment belongs a parking lot directly on the premises. Note: The owner requires the payment of 20% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 80% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival For check in after 0.00 h the owner requires an additional payment of 15 €.
