The building is very centrally and conveniently located near the town hall of Schöneberg; restaurants, shopping facilities, boutiques, indoor-water park and sports center are just a short walk away in the heart of former downtown West-Berlin. The typical style of Berlin's old buildings characterizes by high, very spacious and luminous rooms. All windows are double glazed. There is a shared bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as another one with washing bowl and toilet that is also shared (view pictures).
