The hotel was constructed in 2002 and has been completely renovated since then. It consists of a total of 241 rooms on 7 floors of which 50 are singles and 69 are doubles. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lifts, a kiosk, a bar showing sport's events, a games room, a TV room and car parking facilities. Dining options include a café as well as an air-conditioned buffet restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. In addition, Internet access, laundry service and medical assistance are all available.

This newly built youth and city hotel has a futuristic design and is located near to the Berlin Arena near to Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station.

The cosy, modern en suite rooms are all carpeted and fitted with central heating as standard. It is also possible to book rooms with a shared shower and toilet on each floor.
