Accommodation Description |
This charming vacation apartment is located in Berlin's city center and has an overall ground surface of 65m2. The spacious vacation apartment is on the ground floor of a refurbished Berlin old apartment in the heart of Schöneberg. Although there is a very convenient traffic connection (tram station “Schöneberg”, busses, city-highway-exit) the area is still calm as the apartment is situated at a leafy inner courtyard. A small balcony invites you to sit outside. The vacation apartment is stylishly furnished and has 2 living/sleeping rooms, each of them equipped with a cable TV, a comfortable couch and a nice bathroom with shower. The apartment has also a wooden floor. In the same building there is another apartment that can also be rented for up to 4 people. In the house there is a restaurant offering a rich breakfast as well as good price for value meals. You will find the following beds in vacation apartment: In one room there is a double bed that is 2m wide. The other room has a 1.40m double bed.
Please note: The vacation apartment can also be rented with breakfast or Half Board (Prices: breakfast at the in-house-restaurant 3€/Person, Half Board 8€/Person). On request: parking place to rent for 3 € per day. The owner requires the payment of 25% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 75% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys.
If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival |

| Schöneberg: Schoeneberg a scenic and civically-chic district of Berlin is located between Kreuzberg and Wilmersdorf. There is an extensive variety of stylish pubs, cafes and restaurants just as well as numerous lively and fashionable areas to go out.
Schoenfeld’s weekend markets – such as the “Winterfeldmarkt” are a fabulous place to buy quality fruit, vegetables, flowers and cheeses. After a long day of shopping you can enjoy yourself in one of the surrounding cafes.
City life is enriched by fancy bars and happenings. A little calmer is the area at the “Victoria-Luise-Platz” or the south of Schoeneberg. This quarter is called Friedenau and boasts grand villas and noble ancient houses. In Schoeneberg’s town hall John F. Kennedy exclaimed his famous “Ich bin ein Berliner” to the Berliners locked in by the wall. This town hall was also the seat of government up until the German unification; and to this day at noon the freedom bells chime. The cemetery in the “Stubenrauchstrasse” where one of Berlin’s most famous people the great Marlene Dietrich, born 1901 in Berlin Schoeneberg is buried.
For shoppers, at the “Tauentzienstrasse at the eastern extension of the “Kurfuerstendamm” is one of Europe’s biggest shopping malls the “Kaufhaus des Westens” (KaDeWe).
