3 Bed exclusive apartment (approx 70 m²) situated on the 3rd floor with lift, in the tranquil Jägerstrabe road, right next to Gendarmenmarkt. The flat is situated in a central but quiet area with all the rooms looking out onto an enclosed garden. The balcony of the apartment is south facing.
The area is very well situated, within easy reach of Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden road, Friedrichsrabe road, Schlossplats Square, Brandenburgo Port, the Reichstag (the German parlement), the old walkway of Checkpoint Charlie, The island of museums, Hackescher market, the television tower (Fernsehtrum), the Staatsoper state opera and the Komische opera. The apartment is right in the middle of the theatre, parliament and museum zone. There are numerous areas of historical and cultural interest, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. It’s the ideal spot to stay in while visiting Berlin. The U-Bahn Hausvogteiplatz metro station is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment, and the Stadtmitte station is only a few minutes further.
The apartment has been completely refurbished to a very high standard in a very modern way: parquet and tiled flooring, central heating and digital radio and television. The apartment is divided up as follows: there is a lounge/dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room has a large leather sofa-bed (169x200 cm), a dining table that seats 7 people, a coffee table, a television and a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic work surfaces, a coffee machine, a water filter and a toaster. The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm). The other room has two single beds (90x200 cm) with the possibility of pushing them together to make a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a shower, a wash basin, W.C, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. The beds have sheets and there are different size towels available, there are tea towels in the kitchen and there are three sets of keys available.

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
