The quietness of the area allows guests to enjoy rest and a relaxing stay. It is a modern apartment that integrates all of the decorative and design elements, making it tastefully exquisite and modern. The living room includes a dark brown leather sofa-bed and two armchairs next to a beautifully designed wooden centre table. All pieces are integrated to make a beautiful combination, next to the library furniture piece; this is the perfect place to relax. The dining area includes a very modern designer metal and glass table with metal and black leather chairs; a beautiful combination. The furniture in the modern kitchen completes a practical and functional room, perfectly equipped, beautiful and especially comfortable and charming. Furthermore, there is a large 3 meter window with views of a green area, benefiting from the sunshine. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a balcony as well as a 3.5 meter window allowing sun, clarity and beautiful views enter the room. The two bedrooms of 13 m² are decorated with designer furniture, including high quality mattresses allowing guests to get a good night sleep. There is a clothes stand, large closet and two beautiful nightstands, which are practical, modern, and provide maximum comfort. The bathroom is spacious and includes a large bathtub, sink and WC. Arrival schedule for the apartment: After 14:00 Monday through Sunday until 00:00. After 21:00 there is a supplement of 20 €. If there is a check-in on Sunday there is a supplement of 30 Euros. Departure schedule: until 11:00. |

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
