This generous, bright and modernly furnished vacation home with balcony for up to 4 people is located in a calm area in the town center of West Berlin, directly behind the famous Berlin department store KaDeWe in the district Berlin Schöneberg, near the Kurfürstendamm boulevard. An ideal accommodation for your vacation, short trip or fair visit. The connection with public transport from the apartment to public places is excellent - with bus or underground you are able to reach the district of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg in only 20 minutes, within 10 minutes are you at the zoo and in 15 mins you will reach Berlin Kreuzberg. The living bedroom is equipped with a double bed (width: 150cm), sofa bed with side table, cable TV, fold up armchair and as well as dining table with 2 chairs and 2 fold up chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC, wash basin and mirror. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a stove with 2 cooking plates, a coffee maker, a sink and a water boiler at your disposal. Tea, coffee, milk and water are available for you. Bed linen and towels are included.
When reservations are longer than 10 days the apartment will be cleaned weekly and the bedlinen and towels will be replaced. |
