| Holiday apartment with a Mediterranean ambiance. Situated in a central location next to the Bahnhof Schöneberg Station. There are special windows installed so that guests may enjoy calm nights while staying in the centre. Only 7-10 minutes travel time to the government district, Reichstag or Potsdam Plaza. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and various restaurants. Public parking spaces in front of the building. In this generous and comfortable apartment of 90m² there are three rooms. In the first bedroom there are two double beds (180x200 cm and 140x200 cm), in the second bedroom there is one double bed (180x200 cm), and in the living room there is a sofa bed of 140x200 where two additional people may sleep. An extra bed may be provided if necessary. Enjoy your stay in Berlin in a Mediterranean environment. The living room has very stylish decoration; there is a large kitchen and a charming bathroom with a shower, bathtub and bidet. Equipment: TV, sound system, Internet connection (upon request), fitted kitchen with all of the necessary electric appliances (coffee maker, toaster, water boiler), dishes, etc. Linen and towels are available. Child’s crib or extra bed with prior request. |

| Schöneberg: Schoeneberg a scenic and civically-chic district of Berlin is located between Kreuzberg and Wilmersdorf. There is an extensive variety of stylish pubs, cafes and restaurants just as well as numerous lively and fashionable areas to go out.
Schoenfeld’s weekend markets – such as the “Winterfeldmarkt” are a fabulous place to buy quality fruit, vegetables, flowers and cheeses. After a long day of shopping you can enjoy yourself in one of the surrounding cafes.
City life is enriched by fancy bars and happenings. A little calmer is the area at the “Victoria-Luise-Platz” or the south of Schoeneberg. This quarter is called Friedenau and boasts grand villas and noble ancient houses. In Schoeneberg’s town hall John F. Kennedy exclaimed his famous “Ich bin ein Berliner” to the Berliners locked in by the wall. This town hall was also the seat of government up until the German unification; and to this day at noon the freedom bells chime. The cemetery in the “Stubenrauchstrasse” where one of Berlin’s most famous people the great Marlene Dietrich, born 1901 in Berlin Schoeneberg is buried.
For shoppers, at the “Tauentzienstrasse at the eastern extension of the “Kurfuerstendamm” is one of Europe’s biggest shopping malls the “Kaufhaus des Westens” (KaDeWe).
