| This is a comfortable, calm, and cozy 3 room apartment, which is right in the heart of Berlin. This modern apartment (72m²), includes two separate bedrooms, a living room, a top-of-the-line kitchen equipped with electric hobs, refrigerator, tea kettle, coffee machine, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and a bathroom with a bathtub along with a shower. The bedrooms, which have windows facing the quiet patio guaranteeing a good-nights sleep. The bedrooms both have a double bed (180x200 and 140x200). The second bedroom will be opened at a booking of only 3 persons.
The spacious living room (28m²) is equipped with a sofa (140x200), TV and an eating corner.The apartment has been renovated in early 2007 and there is an elevator available. On the first floor you will find the supermarket ULLRICH.
The extraordinary location of the apartment enable you to visit the most important sightseeing areas of the capital because they are all within walking distance. It will only take a few minutes to reach the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Potsdamer Platz. The famous street 'Unter den Linden', the oldest historic 'Friedrichsstraße', the 'Gendarmenmarkt', the Museum's Isle and the Berlin Cathedral are close by. Due to good transportation, you will be able to reach any place in Berlin with ease from the apartment. The metro station Mohrenstraße (U2) is directly next to the building.
After an exciting day, you can relax in one of the various restaurants, cafes and clubs, which are in the surrounding area.
You can leave your car at any of the parking lots in the area for a fee of ( ca. 8.00 € per day).

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
