| Exclusive 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m², raised ground floor) close to Friedrichstraße between Regierungsviertel and Hackescher Markt in a historic building in the quiet street of Johannisstraße. The Museum island, The new synagogue, Brandenburg Gate, Television Tower, Gallery y art center Tacheles, Gendarmen market, Unter den Linden, Friedrichstadt palast, Deustches Theater, Berliner Ensemble and the Admirals palast can be reached in a few minutes by foot. On the one hand you have the presentable Friedrichstraße and on the other hand you have the trendy and arty district "Spandauer Vorstadt" with many galleries, pubs and little boutiques. It is the ideal place for your stay in Berlin – central but quiet! Just one minute to the subway station Oranienburger Straße and five minutes to the station Friedrichstraße.

The apartment has been completely renovated and with new features. The holiday apartment is arranged in a modern and individual way and is equipped with original artwork. It offers carpeted floors, flagstones, central heating and cable TV. In the apartment you will find a living room with a dinning area, 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living room includes a big double sofa bed, a big dining table with seven chairs, a couch table, an armchair, a wardrobe and a TV. The kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, a toaster, convection oven, coffee maker, kettle….One of the bedrooms has a big double bed with a wardrobe and a washbasin the other one has three single beds (also can be used as a double bed and a single bed) wardrobe and a seating area which faces the green courtyard with a big chestnut tree. The bathroom has a washbasin, a washing machine and a dryer. The guests can use 3 keys. The beds are freshly covered and the owner provides bath towels.
Ps: from the 28.12.2008 til the 4.01.2009 +50% of the total price and minimum stay of 5 days.

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
