Imaging having breakfast on your private sunny balcony overlooking a beautiful park in the middle of Berlin. Enjoy relaxing in the park between your sight-seeing trips and end your day with a dinner at the chic Nola Restaurant. The Weinbergpark is located between Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte near Rosenthaler Square. You find the hippest galleries at the close-by Brunnenstrasse which was featured in the NY Times as the coolest street in town. Subways and streetcars are less than 5 minutes away.
This sunny 45 m² studio is located on the 4th floor of a new elevator building designed by a well known architect. Floor to ceiling windows provide abundant light and amazing views. It features brand new furniture including a king size bed, large closets, oversized mirrors, TV with international channels, dining table and indoor and outdoor chairs. The full kitchen offers great appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, oven, range, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. New linen and towels will be provided.
NOTE:
Check in time is after 14 h, (Check in time before 13 h posible upon request) check out time is before 11 h.
The owner charges 20 € for check in after 20 h.
Note:
The owner requires the payment of 20% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 80% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys.
If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival

| Prenzlauer Berg: The district of Prenzlauer Berg is by all parts of urban character, where you can live, work and go out. Countless establishments are typical of the “PrenzlBerg”, as it is known by the Berliners. There is for example the “Kulturbrauerei” with its live music events, theater stages, discos, movie theaters and bars. The “Max Schmeling Halle” stadium is popular for big concerts of all kinds of music or sport events such as professional boxing or handball. The various cafés, restaurants, bars, numerous galleries and small museums top the picture off. The big names such as the “Museumsinsel”, the “Staatsoper unter den Linden” opera, the “Friedrichspalast” palace, the “Komische Oper” opera or the “Berhold-Brecht-Theater” theater are easily accessible by subway or tram. Using the bus line 100 from “Alexanderplatz” (U2) you can visit the highlights of Prussian and modern architecture all way down the “Unter den Linden” boulevard. Finally, from the “Brandenburger Tor” monument you can enjoy yourself by taking a walk through the “Tiergarten” park or the Potsdamer Platz” square. |
