| Apartment with 50m² on the first floor in a posterior patio with a garden. The entire apartment was renovated with style. One bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) which can be combined to make one double bed. Two people can sleep comfortably. Television, radio and CD player are available to make your stay more pleasant. Furthermore, there is a sofa, a table with 3 armchairs, a wardrobe and various green plants to embellish the living room. Guests may prepare their own breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen (kitchen with fitted cabinets, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, automatic coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, utensils and accessories) or go to the many cafes in the area. Naturally, there is coffee and various kinds of tea available. Bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. The apartment is situated in the centre of Prenzlauer Berg, the artistic neighbourhood of Berlin, just 1 minute from Helmholtzplatz with many cafes and cocktail bars. Since the union, an artistic and musical environment has developed here. There is an extensive list of cultural offers: galleries, artistic cafes, theatres, cinemas, bars, clubs, boutiques, as well as many types of restaurants, Internet cafes and small shops – all within walking distance. The centric location also guarantees a short walk to the famous Plaza Kollwitz, Max-Schmelling-Halle, Prater, Mauerpark and Beer Garden. Only 3 minutes on foot to the street car and just a few minutes from the Oranienburgstrasse, the lively old Jewish neighbourhood. Close by is the new Synagogue and the Hackesechen Höfe. The closest underground station is “Eberswalder Straße” (U2), just a 5 minute walk away. Tourist attractions such as Alexanderplatz can be reached by underground in just 6 minutes, and 16 minutes without a change in trains to the Plaza Potsdam (Regierung Neighbourhood). Also, the Island of Museums, Nikolai Neighbourhood, Unter den Linden, Brandenburg Gate and the Friedrichstrasse are not far away. The Friedrichstraße is currently a shop with a great commercial offer from large companies such as Lafayette and many more. |

| Prenzlauer Berg: The district of Prenzlauer Berg is by all parts of urban character, where you can live, work and go out. Countless establishments are typical of the “PrenzlBerg”, as it is known by the Berliners. There is for example the “Kulturbrauerei” with its live music events, theater stages, discos, movie theaters and bars. The “Max Schmeling Halle” stadium is popular for big concerts of all kinds of music or sport events such as professional boxing or handball. The various cafés, restaurants, bars, numerous galleries and small museums top the picture off. The big names such as the “Museumsinsel”, the “Staatsoper unter den Linden” opera, the “Friedrichspalast” palace, the “Komische Oper” opera or the “Berhold-Brecht-Theater” theater are easily accessible by subway or tram. Using the bus line 100 from “Alexanderplatz” (U2) you can visit the highlights of Prussian and modern architecture all way down the “Unter den Linden” boulevard. Finally, from the “Brandenburger Tor” monument you can enjoy yourself by taking a walk through the “Tiergarten” park or the Potsdamer Platz” square. |
