From the living room there is a nice view of the garden, as well as a large television with a Dolby surround sound Home Cinema System in order to enjoy movies. There is also a DVD-DVB-T CD and radio. The apartment is completely renovated with the latest fashion. The bedrooms have wood floors and the rest of the apartment has tile flooring. The apartment is located in Bundesplatz, where there are large shops as well as numerous restaurants and cocktail bars. The large commercial offer attracts many visitors from the entire city, thanks to the good location with respect to the transportation. Easily accessible not only with a private vehicle, but with public transportation (street car, underground, bus and taxi). The public park is located very close by and encourages our guests to take a daily walk. The Tegel airport is within approx. 15 minutes and the Zoo Garten Station is within 5 minutes. Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstr, Hackescher Markt, Brandenburg Tower and Cathedralof Berliner are all within 15 minutes. |

| Charlottenburg: Towards the end of the 19th century the street Kurfürstendamm started to develop into a highstreet boulevard and turned Berlin Charlottenburg into another centre of Berlin in competition with the former city centre along the streets ‘Unter den Linden’ and ‘Friedrichstraße’. Due to the mixture of culture, shopping and gastronomy, this area soon turned into a major attraction of Berlin. In 1896 the theatre ‘Theater des Westens’ was opened, in 1907 the Schiller theatre and the famous department store ‘Kaufhaus des Westens’, in 1912 the opera house. The Kurfürstendamm attracts with numerous stores, cafés, restaurants and bars. Important sights in this area are among others the Memorial Church, the Olympic Stadium, the palace Charlottenburg, the German Opera Berlin and the Mosque. |
