The apartment is situated in a building of a quiet and green urbanization, on a small avenue of Lime Trees, close to the centre of Berlin in the “Prinzen Neighbourhood” of Berlin-Karlshorst, which last July was a prize-winner from the German Association of Tourism with 5 stars. The period of this certification lasts until July of 2009. Furthermore, the apartment is certified from Bed&Bicycle, meaning this is a very bicycle friendly accommodation. From the large, sunny balconies there is a beautiful view of the garden (first floor). Here you may relax without interruptions, eat or take a swim. The apartment offers facility to relax, next to the exciting and vibrant life of Berlin. The apartment was renovated with mostly biologic construction (2005): dais of original wood enclosed and lubricated, original wood doors to the bedrooms, stylish plaster, and the paintings on the walls and ceilings do not harm the environment. The apartment is appropriate for friends and families who like bicycles as well as those with allergies. There is a wide variety of information about Berlin. Longer stays are permitted (by request). Observation: the owner requires a deposit of 50% of the rental price through bank transfer after the reservation has been confirmed. The other 50% shall be paid at check-in. If there are less than 10 days between the date the reservation is made and the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at check-in.
