| La Pankstrasse is located only 50 meters from the Brunnen Platz Park, where there is a children’s park. Behind the Brunnenplatz, in the Panke, there are various taverns and charming cafes. In front of the main door of the building there is a bakery and a restaurant where you can have breakfast. Next door there is a Media Markt and a Möbel Höffi’s furniture store.
The apartment is located approximately 200 meters from the underground line 8 “Pankstrasse” station, the streetcar station and the trains along the long Gesundbrunnen route, approximately 750 meters from the street car 45 / 46 / 47. The bus line BVG M 27 for s the left next to the house. Large Commercial Street: Bad Strasse and Prizenalle with many different shops and businesses only 220 meters away. Towards the centre of the city, Friedrichstrasse, Unter den Linden approx. A 5-6km, entrance to the motorway (belt) approximately 6km, airport approximately 8 km. Bus to the airport from Osloer Strasse: one metro stop or 750 meters walking.

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
