| The apartment is located on Paretzer Street in Berlin Wilmersdorf (10713). One bedroom apartment of approximately 35m² on the first floor. The apartment is oriented towards an interior tranquil patio. Double bed (140x200), elevated, accessible by a small spiral staircase. Under the mezzanine there is a sofa for a third person (90x200). Furthermore, in the bedroom there is a table with four chairs, a desk and a television. The small kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a small oven, fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, etc.... Bathroom with a bathtub.
The Plaza S+U Heidelberger is approximately seven minutes walking distance. From here, it is 10 minutes on the streetcar to the Berlin Fair. Close to the apartment there is a bakery and a supermarket. Free public parking in the surrounding area.

| Wilmersdorf: Berlin-Wilmerdorf is a calm, pretty and wealthy quarter in the southwest of Berlin. It is characterised by representative Wilhelminian style buildings and the forest Grunewald. Many religious groups have marked this area: among others, you can find a mosque in the street Brenner Straße, the Russian-Orthodox church Christi-Auferstehung or a Jewish parish hall in the street Fasanenstraße. In the western part of Wilmersdorf you start leaving the inner city and reach the forest Grunewald with its plenty of possibilities for sport and relaxation. The German Open tennis tournament takes place in the stadium in this area. On a hill there is a tower which offers you a great view over some of Berlin’s lakes. In the northern part of the Grunewald there is the Teufelsberg, an artificial elevation of debris from the Second World War which forms with an altitude of 110 meters one of the highest points of Berlin. |
