Comfortable apartment with a private entrance in a new building, situated in a modern and well-kept house in the best neighbourhood in Berlin. It is surrounded by green – forest and lakes, (Grunewald, Strandbad Wannsee, Schlachtensee and other lakes), far from the noise of the big city while at the same time situated in a centric location. For this reason, many people from the prominent class of politics, economics, culture and science live here. There are different bus lines, street cars and subway which can be accessed by foot. Thanks to the easy access to public transportation, you can arrive at the city centre or Potsdam with many attractions in 15 minutes. It takes approximately the same amount of time to travel by car.
The apartment has 60m², well-equipped and very comfortable, luminous and sunny. The distribution of the two rooms is ideal for 2 people, although there is a maximum capacity of 4 people.
Note:
The owner requires the payment of 30% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 70% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys.
If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival
