The apartment is within walking distance of the Bötzow Viertel in Prenzlauer Berg and within minutes of Friedrichshain, Mitte and the area around Helmholz- and Kollwitzplatz. The tram M2 stops in front of the building. The apartment is situated in the part of the building that gives on the inner courtyard. The apartment is ideal for two people. The kitchen is equipped basic with stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a table. The living room has a double bed and is equipped with cable TV, video, DVD and radio. The apartment is very quiet, even though the building itself is situated on a busy street. The apartment is light, nicely furnished with art on the walls and has a beautiful wooden floor. |

The “Max Schmeling Halle” stadium is popular for big concerts of all kinds of music or sport events such as professional boxing or handball. The various cafés, restaurants, bars, numerous galleries and small museums top the picture off. The big names such as the “Museumsinsel”, the “Staatsoper unter den Linden” opera, the “Friedrichspalast” palace, the “Komische Oper” opera or the “Berhold-Brecht-Theater” theater are easily accessible by subway or tram.
