| Just 5 minutes from Schönhauser Allee and 9 minutes from Hackeschen Markt. This apartment is located downtown, directly in Gesundbrunnen Centre underground station, streetcar and modern shops. Directly in front of the door you will find Badstraße with lots of small shops, cafes and an international ambiance in a grand modern city. If you arrive by car, you should take the A100 Motorway, and the new principal station is only 10 minutes away. Live in the heart of Berlin. The apartment is situated in a new, large building with a sunny balcony overlooking a patio to relax or enjoy breakfast. There is a parking space available in an enclosed area behind the apartment for 5 euros per day. You can see your car from the balcony and it is in an area shaded with trees. If you like to go jogging in the mornings, you can start from the front door and head towards the small Hain forrest, where there is also a beautiful rose garden and an outdoor pool. Great care is given to the cleanliness of the apartment and the bedrooms have lots of light and ventilation. In the apartment you will find everything necessary for a short or long stay (towels, sheets, washer, iron, 2 TVs, DVD, music system, microwave, etc.) In the bedroom there is a large double bed and in the living room there is a comfortable sofa for 2 people |

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
