| Separate apartment in Berlin, very tranquil with easy access to public transportation. Comprised of 35m2, plus a solarium of 15m2. Located in a historic house in the old commercial centre of Berlin. Completely furnished with towels and sheets included. The kitchen has a corner table and everything needed for self-service. The bedroom has a double bed of 160cm, suitable for one or two people. There is a corner table, a television and Internet connection available (for laptops). The decoration is very original. The bathroom has a modern shower. The apartment is situated only two minutes from the tramcar, providing easy access to the Prenzlauer Berg, Wannsee and Potsdam. The surrounding area is one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Berlin, with buildings in the architectural style "Jugendstil". Close by there are bus stops, a taxi stop, as well as all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes. |

| Steglitz-Zehlendorf: In 2001 the districts Steglitz and Zehlendorf were united.
