| Centric apartment for your stay in Berlin with two rooms (58m²), living room with a table for 4 people with a nice balcony oriented towards the South-East, a fully equipped kitchen and a charming bedroom. There is a comfortable futon bed (160x200), a large fold-out sofa bed (150x200). Sheets and towels are included. Very centric location with easy access to all destinations in East and West Berlin. There is television, stereo and plenty of storage space for luggage and clothes. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishes (including wine glasses, silverware and frying pans), coffee maker and a toaster. The apartment is situated in the Schöneberg neighbourhood, close to Kudamm and many famous streets for shopping or going for a stroll. Perfectly positioned between the East and West areas of the city. An interesting neighbourhood between the Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz, and close to the Zoo and the Central Park of Berlin, considered one of the most beautiful parks in all of Europe. There is cultural ambiance and you will find night life by simply walking out the front door. The large market (Winterfeldtmarkt) is one of the most interesting markets of Berlin and is very close by. Here you will find antiques, numerous cafes, a large variety of gastronomy, artistic areas, galleries and artisan shops. There are lots of stores, big and small; this is the perfect area for shopping. Berlin has great public transportation, which makes visiting all the sights very easy. In case you do have a car, the parking is located next to the underground station Nollendorfplatz, in the east part of the city, close to the Kudamm and the Zoo. Many underground lines, buses (nocturnal) and taxi stops can be found right outside of the apartment. |

| Schöneberg: Schoeneberg a scenic and civically-chic district of Berlin is located between Kreuzberg and Wilmersdorf. There is an extensive variety of stylish pubs, cafes and restaurants just as well as numerous lively and fashionable areas to go out.
Schoenfeld’s weekend markets – such as the “Winterfeldmarkt” are a fabulous place to buy quality fruit, vegetables, flowers and cheeses. After a long day of shopping you can enjoy yourself in one of the surrounding cafes.
City life is enriched by fancy bars and happenings. A little calmer is the area at the “Victoria-Luise-Platz” or the south of Schoeneberg. This quarter is called Friedenau and boasts grand villas and noble ancient houses. In Schoeneberg’s town hall John F. Kennedy exclaimed his famous “Ich bin ein Berliner” to the Berliners locked in by the wall. This town hall was also the seat of government up until the German unification; and to this day at noon the freedom bells chime. The cemetery in the “Stubenrauchstrasse” where one of Berlin’s most famous people the great Marlene Dietrich, born 1901 in Berlin Schoeneberg is buried.
For shoppers, at the “Tauentzienstrasse at the eastern extension of the “Kurfuerstendamm” is one of Europe’s biggest shopping malls the “Kaufhaus des Westens” (KaDeWe).
