| Modern apartment with two bedrooms in the centre of Berlin. It has 45 m2 with two bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen. Situated on the third floor with a lift. The front is facing the Alexanderplatz (Fernsehturm) with many trees. In the bedroom there are three beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. Both bedrooms have a television with a cable connection, and a table with four chairs. In the kitchen there is a stove, refrigerator/freezer, tea kettle and coffee maker. In the same building there is an Internet and long-distance calling business. Sheets and towels are available for free. You can access the apartment with your vehicle using BAB 100, 15 minutes from the Grenzallee or Tempelholf highway exit city centre direction (Alexanderplatz). You can go to the airport using the underground or the bus. 15min (104 Bus), 40min Schönefeld (171 Bus, U7), 30min Tegel (X9 Bus, U7). To get to Central in Berlin city centre. By train: Berlin-Ostbahnhof. Next underground station: Spittelmarkt and Märkisches museum. Paid Parking available. We can pick you up from the airport/train station for just 25€. |

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
