Accommodation Description |
| Large and comfortable apartment with 3 rooms (110m2) and high ceilings. The apartment is situated on the first floor of an old and refurbished building of Berlin, in the centre: 500m to Potsdamer Platz. There are many places of tourist interest (for example: the forum of the cultures, Brandemburgos Door) and within a few minutes walking, there are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars of the Schöneberg district and the Winterfeld Plaza. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with 5 beds and a small bedroom with 3, under a high bed. Both rooms have wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Extra space in the small bedroom for one more person. Large living room (approx. 30m2) with modern and pleasant equipment: large and comfortable three seat sofa, large television and a small stereo invite you to sit back and relax. The large kitchen with module furnishings includes all the utensils needed. Large table for up to 8 people. Two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a tub with shower, wash basin and WC. The second bathroom has wash basin and WC. You can use the washing machine and dryer. Parking lot available in front of the building for an extra charge of 18€ (20 days maximum). Check in after 14 h, check out until 10 h.
Note:
The owner requires the payment of 20% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 80% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys.
If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
For check in after 0.00 h the owner requires an additional payment of 15 €.

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
