Apartment in Berlin in a nice quarter with direct access to the city center of Berlin. Quiet 80m² apartment in a typical well kept building of the Wilhelminian era with outdoor pool and sauna. The area Berlin Karlshorst is known for being a rather high class quarter of Berlin where you will find many well-kept grand villas of the Wilhelminian era with the city center of Berlin directly at your fingertips due to the very good and fast connection by public transport. In less than 5 minutes you will reach the tram station which brings you in ten minutes to the city center of Berlin (5 stops to the station "Friedrichstraße"). The heated outdoor pool can be used in the summer month from around Mai to the end of September. Furthermore, in the area of the apartment in Berlin there are many sport facilities offered, e.g. fishing, swimming, horse riding, surfing, sailing, diving, etc.
Thanks to the Wilhelminian house the flat has high ceilings. The living room offers a sofabed for 2 persons and seats for 5 persons. From the living room you have access to the dining room with an table and chairs. Further from the dining room you can enter the balcony. The bedroom comes with a double bed and a cot. Altogether the flat provides beds for up to 5 persons. The kitchen is well equipped with 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge, icebox and a microwave. Other helpful equipments are a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The bathroom has a shower and the toilet is separatly. Additionally, the apartment offers other useful installations: satellite/cabel t.v., radio, HIFI and a CD player.
The direct neighbourhood is the area "Rheinisches Viertel" in Berlin Karlshorst. You will find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars next to the flat. The apartment is ideal, if you like to live comfortable and have also a good connection to the city center.

Note: The apartment has to be booked at least two weeks before your arrival, because the owner sends the keys per post to the client. You have to pay the flat rent and the deposit before your arrival, after receiving the money the landlord will send you the keys. The owner will refund the deposit after your departure.
Moreover the landlord doesn't accept groups with people under 25 years.
