The vacational rental (32m²) is lighted and sunny and is in the fifth floor of a multiple dwelling house. It is comfortable and you can use the elevator to get to your apartment. The dining and living room offers possibilities to sleep for 2 persons, a cosy eating corner, cable-TV, stereo and some reading stuff. Moreover, it includes a big wall cupboard in the hall and lots of space for your baggage. The bathroom is equipped in a modern way and facilities like e.g. an iron or a hair-dryer are available. The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare your breakfast or diner. The most usual things to start into the morning (coffee, tea, sugar, honey and muesli) will be offered, of course.
The vacational rental is located in the southern part of the Fasanenstraße, which is the most quiet part of the street-however, it is still central! There are trees, galeries, various cafes and restaurant which you can reach by foot and shoppingcenters. Due to the perfect connection to public transportation, you will be very fast at the Trainstation Zoo (10min) for example.
