| This Berlin vacation rental is one of 3 apartments sized 45 m2 with children friendly equipment. All of them are in the same building being suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is located centrally (Berlin Mitte) but still in a calm, spacious and idyllically equipped patio. Right to the front door of your Berlin vacation rental there are 2 small playgrounds and sufficient space to have fun. The vacation rental has a nice layout and is in excellent condition and lovely furnished. Especially to be mentioned is the big window front of the living/bedroom so the rooms are light flooded. A 6m2 sized balcony invites you to have your breakfast outside in the summer. The vacation rental consists of a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, a spacious laving/bed area, a hallway and a balcony. The living/bedroom is equipped with cable TV, Stereo, double bed (1.40 x 2.00), bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and commode, comfortable pull out couch (1.50 x 2.00), couch table and dining table with armchairs. The kitchen comes with stove with oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, water boiler and a spacious refrigerator with freezer. Of course there are also kitchenware and cleaning utensils. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, wash bowl and WC. Being a non smoker apartment smoking is only allowed on the balcony. There is a garage space nearby you can rent. Parking in the city center will be charged. Children under the age of 5 stay for free in the vacation apartment. |

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
