| This charming small Berlin vacation rental is located right in the middle of the “Kiez” (sig.: neighborhood of one’s home) of Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg quarter on the 3rd floor of the Gartenhaus (garden house). In 2005 the entire urban area was carefully renovated. Nearby there is the popular Kollwitzplatz square, the Kastanienallee boulevard and the Schönhauser Allee boulevard. You can reach the subway (U-Bahn) and tram (S-Bahn) within 4 mins by foot. Close to the apartment there is the Alexanderplatz square as well as the famous Hackesche Höfe. Moreover you will find a big shopping center right around the corner. The whole vacation rental has been renovated and equipped with new windows and bright birch furniture. The vacation apartment consists of a living-/bedroom with a bed (140x200cm), a pull out couch, TV, wardrobe, 2 commodes as well as a table with 2 chairs. Furthermore there is a bathroom with bath tub and washing machine as well as a kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker and refrigerator at your disposal. The entire apartment is luminous, calm and cozy. Parking is usually possible just by the front door. |

| Prenzlauer Berg: The district of Prenzlauer Berg is by all parts of urban character, where you can live, work and go out. Countless establishments are typical of the “PrenzlBerg”, as it is known by the Berliners. There is for example the “Kulturbrauerei” with its live music events, theater stages, discos, movie theaters and bars. The “Max Schmeling Halle” stadium is popular for big concerts of all kinds of music or sport events such as professional boxing or handball. The various cafés, restaurants, bars, numerous galleries and small museums top the picture off. The big names such as the “Museumsinsel”, the “Staatsoper unter den Linden” opera, the “Friedrichspalast” palace, the “Komische Oper” opera or the “Berhold-Brecht-Theater” theater are easily accessible by subway or tram.
