Attractive Berlin vacation rental in the city center. This high classy equipped vacation apartment is located very calmly and centrally at the Hackescher Markt/Alexanderplatz square in Berlin-Mitte. Due to its situation with view of the patio you will find peace and rest after a day full of events. The apartment sized 46m2 consists of 1 living-/bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and balcony. The living-/bedroom is equipped with a double bed (width 1.60m) and a comfortable pull out couch that sleeps 2 people (width 1.50m). There is also a TV and a stereo in the room. DVD-Player or VHS-Recorder can be provided if requested. In the main room you will also find a wardrobe, commode, 4 chairs, a dining table and a couch table. The bathroom comes with a bath tub (shower included) WC and wash bowl. In the kitchen there is a stove, oven, extractor hood, wash bowl, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, silverware, pots and pans, dishes etc. Tea and coffee is provided for free. In the hall way is another wardrobe.
Parking in the street is possible but will be charged (EUR 1.00 per hour). On request there is also a park house at your disposal (EUR 8 .00 per night) – please check before your arrival if there is space left. Bed linen and dish towels are included whereas other towels should be brought.
This vacation rental is a non smoking apartment. All around this living oasis there are countless bars, restaurants and shopping facilities providing you with all you need. You will find Berlin’s attractions for example on the upper class boulevard “Unter den Linden”. The "Museumsinsel” area or the newly opened “Sea Life Centre” are just a short walk away. Using public transport you can reach any part of Berlin from this vacation rental without problems. There are direct connections to airports and train stations. |

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
