2 room vacation rental (60m²) for up to 6 people in Berlin Wilmersdorf/Charlottenburg close to Kurfürstendamm and Steglitz. The apartment consists of one very large and one comfortable smaller room- both are sunny and luminous. There's a top notch designer TV (Löwe) and a home cinema system (with cable/DVD/CD) in the living room - from where you'll also have a nice view to the garden. The entire apartment has been newly renovated, with wooden floor in the rooms and tiling in the other areas of the holiday flat. The newly-fitted kitchen has a stainless steel fume hood and a ceramic hot plate stove as well as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, water kettle, mixer, coffee machine and a dinette from where you can enjoy the view of the apartment's 25m² garden (garden furniture/BBQ). The spacious and luxurious bathroom has an acrylic bathtub and a shower as well as downlights/dimmers which cater for a romantic bathing experience. The apartment offers the following sleeping facilities: The bigger room has a fold-out sofa for 2 people as well as two comfortable guestbeds. Another two people can sleep on a fold-out sofa in the smaller room which also has a cable-TV and VCR.

The apartment is located at Bundesplatz with it's numerous shops, restaurants and cocktail bars which even attract visitors from far off districts, also due to it's excellent location concerning access to public transport. Or enjoy a stroll in the park 'Volkspark' which is just around the corner. The Tegel airport can be reached in 15 minutes, Zoologischer Garten train station in a only 5 minutes. Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße, Hackescher Markt, Brandenburg Gate, and the Berlin Cathedral are all just around 15 minutes away.

If you're looking for dining, shopping, relaxation or recreation - the Bundesplatz has a lot to offer.

For 5-6 people is the minimum of rental time one week!!!
