Berlin holiday apartment centrally located in Berlin-Mitte/Wedding, near the Charité with excellent public transport access. This luminous spacious vacation flat has a size of 45m² and accommodates up to 3 people. It is situated on the second floor of a typical refurbished Wilhelminian style building in a quiet green street. Free parking spaces directly in front. The interior of the big combined living-bed-room is modern and stylish: doublebed (200 x 180), seats and sofa bed, wardrobe, TV set, radio. The open American kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dining table. The bathroom contains a bathtub with shower device and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.
You'll find a variety of shopping facilities, restaurants, cinemas etc. close nearby the accommodation. It is just a few minutes walk to the next subway station 'Seestraße' that connects you quickly with the city centre of former East or West Berlin. Several bus and tram lines pass by the holiday apartment as well.
Note:
The owner requires the payment of 20% of the amount of the rent via Bank Transfer at reservation. The remaining 80% has to be paid at arrival at the delivery of the keys.
If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival
For check in after 0.00 h the owner requires an additional payment of 15 €.

| Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight.
The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”.
The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm .
The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
