Comfortable studio apartment in Berlin Wilmersdorf. It is situated on the 3rd floor of a well-kept building with lift and sleeps up to 4 people. The neighbourhood is within a very nice and safe area of Berlin but still the apartment is locatedcentrally and quietly. A Metro and a bus station can be reached in about 3 minutes.
The apartment consists of a bed-/living room with a dining area, a sofabed, a double bed and a TV, Dvd and Radio. The double bed can be hid in the wardrobe during the day (see foto). There is a telefon line in the flat which takes income calls. Furthermore, there is also a small kitchen area with fridge, two hobs, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. The bathroom comes with shower, toilette, and sink. From the living room you can enter the balcony of the apartment.
This very quiet apartment is located in an central area with access to Metro and bus (3 minutes away). A lot of nice restaurants, bars, opera, theater, several cinemas, and shopping facilities are very nearby. This district is near the Park Wilmersdorf. Furthermore, the famous Kurfürstendamm boulevard, the Berlin Zoo, and the Alexanderplatz square can be reached easily. The trade faire halls are easily accessible as well.
Arrivals daily after 2h PM or on arrangement. The Check out has to be realized by 11h am. |
