Two cosy rooms in Berlin Kreuzberg

These two beautiful rooms are situated in a central area of Berlin just 15 minutes on foot from the famous street “Kurfürstendamm”. The rooms are in an attic (fifth floor without a lift) with a view of the famous square “Potsdamer Platz”.
The first room is 35m2 and includes a double bed, television set, WIFI internet connection and is beautifully decorated with plants. The second room has a small table with chairs, double bed (160x200), as well as TV and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The owner does not offer breakfast but use of the kitchen is allowed. A fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven are available to guests.
The area is very well connected with different means of public transport, metro stations and tram such as Yorckstrasse and Mehringdamm that are just a five-minute walk away.
There are numerous bars, cinemas and international restaurants all in the surrounding area offering a good selection of leisure possibilities, and venues to enjoy time chatting to friends and soak up a typically German atmosphere.
In the neighborhood there is a small international centre that includes numerous shops and supermarkets nearby.
