Spacious 2 room vacation apartment in Berlin's city center with an overall ground surface of 60m2. It is situated in a leafy inner courtyard of a refurbished old Berlin house. Therefore the apartment is not only very calm but does also have a convenient traffic connection at the same time. The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor (unfortunately there is no elevator), and has a fully equipped built in kitchen, 2 stylishly furnished living/bed rooms, a bath room with bathtub as well as a balcony. In one room you will find a double bed of 1.90 x 2.00m. In the other one there are 2 single beds of 0.90m x 2.00m.

Free parking for guests. Request upon arrival at the apartment.

There are extensive shopping facilities right by the front door. The tram station “Schöneberg” is nearby (150m).

. All the public transport terminals are close to the apartment. In not more than 10 – 15 mins you'll reach the “Potsdamer Platz” square, The “Ku-damm” boulevard or all other sights in the city center.

The office in which you have to pick up the keys is located on Eberstrasse, aproximately 10 Meters away from the apartment.
