Centrally located and in a quiet and green area

This holiday apartment is in a house for two familias in the old “villa” district from Káiser times, located in the south east of Berlin and surrounded by nature. There is a separate staircase to get into the apartment available for guests. This spacious apartment (80 m2) is very bright, has been recently renovated and whose floor has completely carpeted. The living room, which has a surface area of 55 m2, is divided into 3 areas: the living room/kitchen with Italian terracotta flooring and a sunny area so you can beat under the skylight, an area to relax in, with armchairs, and a sofa which can be used to sleep on, and an area to relax in with an electrical chimney heater, armchairs, and which offers you even more sleeping options, such as the sofa in the ‘resting area’ which can be made into a double bed if necessary.

The separate bedroom, which has a surface area of 18 m2) is furnished with a French bed, a baby’s bed (1.60mx60cm) and a wardrobe. You can get to the tiled bathroom from here. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, 4 electric hobs, an oven, a double sink, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave with special cooking options for pizza and gratiné, a dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a radio. There are also spices stored here. You can also have a complete set of bed linen and towels if you request them in advance. Guests can also make use of their own place to sit in the garden and use the BBQ covered with vine leaves. There is also room is bicycles outside, which is covered for those of you who want to go on long rides on two wheels through the city, as well as through the adjacent parks and lakes. The WLAN Internet connection is included in the price. We would also like to let you know that you also have toys available for our ‘small’ guests, and if these are required, they can be requested in advance.

There are always free parking spaces in the road. Both the access to the property, as well as its location are ideal: it’s only 3 minutes in car from the Wolfensteindamm-Steglitz motorway exit. The nearest bus station, Karwendelstraße, is only 5 minutes walking distance away from the apartment. The nearest metro station, Lichterfelde-West, is only 12 minutes away by bus. The open-air swimming pool remains open from May onwards and is only 10 minutes from your apartment. The many shops, streets full of these, museums, restaurants and cafés on the outskirts tempt you into going shopping, discovering new things, enjoy yourself, relax and have a good time.
