"It was a nice appartement. We did enjoy our stay in Berlin.
There were not enough chairs in the dining room and also not enough kitchen equipement like glases, dishes, nives etc.
We have seen the lady in a few seconds. She could explain more about the appartement and the lacks."

"The apartment was quite good, but the service and, especially, the person who drive us in the house were really bad!
There was only one pot in an house of six people and many other services aren't ok.

"Due to the cold we had to heat the place up, unfortunately although we set this to the maximum, the apartment was still cold.
The Couch-bed was not comfortable, the bed was broken and the apartment was really made for 4 persons, not 5/6.
The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated. Me and my family had a great time in Berlin and enjoyed the nice neighborhood the apartment was in (lots of bars and restaurants)."
