The comfortable and roomy holiday apartment (105 m2) has4 rooms, is fresh renovated and is equipped with marble floor and parquet. Theflat has 3 bedrooms, in two bedrooms are double beds (160x200, 180x200) and onebedroom has four single beds (90x200). All bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and chests of drawers, in onebedroom are armchairs and a small table. In the livings room there are twocouches for relaxing, a dining table for 8 persons, TV, DVD, HiFi. From the living room you come to a largeloggia (balcony), where you can have your breakfast and relax in the evening.The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with a fridge, oven etc. and includes all the utensilsneeded (coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, microwave…). The bathroom has a tube with a shower device, toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. And there isan additional toilet.
The apartment is located right in the middle of thelively and trendy area around the Winterfeldtplace with the famous weekendmarket. There is a lot of restaurants, stylish cafés, pubs and bars. And the city life in this area is enriched by fashion designersand creative shops. The apartment is close to the Tauentzienstraße (10 minutesto walk), the eastern extension of the Kurfürstendamm, with the KaDeWe, one ofEurope `s biggest department store deluxe.
