This semi-detached house is located in the quiet district of Tempelhof, in Lichtenrade. Somewhat separate from the centre and surrounded by detached houses and small parks. This no-smoking house is very clean, and is modernly decorated. There is a second apartment available in the house (Ref. 7932), with means there is space available for 9 people. In the neat house garden there is a corner with seats which has been made available for smokers, amongst roses and other flowers. This small oasis makes you want to rest and dream.
There is always room to park in front of the house. There is a bus stop, a train station which serves local trains and a taxi stop all in the local area. The station has free parking.
Equally near are exclusive shops and several supermarkets. The apartment is also only five minutes to the A 100 motorway. The fact that the apartment is out-of-the-way means that you can go on trips in the Brandenburg area easily.
