Small apartment right in the heart of the popular district Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. It is situated on the 4th floor in a residencial building of typical berlin architecture. The apartment has a wooden floor. A double bed offers sleeping facilities for two people. The kitchen is equipped with all necessarities and the bathroom comes with a shower. Just a few minutes by foot there is the street Kastanienallee with many cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. Twice a week a beautiful street market is held on the square Kollwitz just a few streets away from the apartment. The apartment is very well communicated and in only 7 minutes you are in Berlin Mitte (City Centre) with the famous museum island and the Hackeschen Höfe (a carefully restored building with cafes, shops, restaurants). As fast you can also reach the square Alexanderplatz (just called Alex) from here you can catch nearly every type of public transport that brings you to the different sites and districts of Berlin.
On request the owner offers a quality air matress for a further person (child) for 8EUR/night. This amount is not included in the rental price and has to be paid upon arrival directly to the owner.
