Beautiful studio in a good position of Prenzlauer berg. The studio is located directly at the underground station Eberswalder Strasse, the entrance to the station is 20m from the building. From here, guests may comfortably and quickly visit Berlin, for example: Alexanderplatz approx. 10 min, Hackeschen Markt approx. 10 min., Unter den Linden Avenue approx. 15 min., Friedrichstraße approx. 15 min., Brandenburg Gate approx. 20 min., new principal station approx 20 min., Zoo Station approx. 30 min., Kurfürstendamm approx. 30 min., Tegel Airport approx. 30 min., and to the Schönefeld Airport approx 45 min. The studio includes central heating and water, classic wood flooring recently polished and wood doors and windows. There is a tile bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. In the bedroom, there are two single beds (90x200), which may be combined to form one double bed. There is also a sofa bed (120x190cm) and an additional foldaway mattress (80x190cm). There is a large television with approximately 25 digital programs, including BBC with news in English, a wardrobe and a dining table with four chairs. Fully equipped kitchen is a gas oven, refrigerator, dish washer, water boiler, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc.
