Description
Beautiful studio in a good position of Prenzlauer berg. The studio is located directly at the underground station Eberswalder Strasse, the entrance to the station is 20m from the building. From here, guests may comfortably and quickly visit Berlin, for example: Alexanderplatz approx. 10 min, Hackeschen Markt approx. 10 min., Unter den Linden Avenue approx. 15 min., Friedrichstraße approx. 15 min., Brandenburg Gate approx. 20 min., new principal station approx 20 min., Zoo Station approx. 30 min., Kurfürstendamm approx. 30 min., Tegel Airport approx. 30 min., and to the Schönefeld Airport approx 45 min. A very centric location, from where guests can enjoy the liveliness of this unique European city with its mix of people from all over the World. Artists, galleries, designers, all kinds of restaurants, travelling markets, theatres, bars, clubs, and much more! The studio is situated on the 2nd floor of a fantastic renovated building from approx. 1900. The posterior side of the building is very quiet and had a well preserved and green interior patio. The noise from the street cannot be heard, but at the same time the life and vivacity of the street is right out the front door. The studio includes central heating and water, classic wood flooring recently polished and wood doors and windows. There is a tile bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. In the bedroom, there are two single beds (90x200), which may be combined to form one double bed. There is also a sofa bed (120x190cm) and an additional foldaway mattress (80x190cm). There is a large television with approximately 25 digital programs, including BBC with news in English, a wardrobe and a dining table with four chairs. Fully equipped kitchen is a gas oven, refrigerator, dish washer, water boiler, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc.

Location
Prenzlauer Berg: The district of Prenzlauer Berg is by all parts of urban character, where you can live, work and go out. Countless establishments are typical of the “PrenzlBerg”, as it is known by the Berliners. There is for example the “Kulturbrauerei” with its live music events, theater stages, discos, movie theaters and bars. The “Max Schmeling Halle” stadium is popular for big concerts of all kinds of music or sport events such as professional boxing or handball. The various cafés, restaurants, bars, numerous galleries and small museums top the picture off. The big names such as the “Museumsinsel”, the “Staatsoper unter den Linden” opera, the “Friedrichspalast” palace, the “Komische Oper” opera or the “Berhold-Brecht-Theater” theater are easily accessible by subway or tram. Using the bus line 100 from “Alexanderplatz” (U2) you can visit the highlights of Prussian and modern architecture all way down the “Unter den Linden” boulevard. Finally, from the “Brandenburger Tor” monument you can enjoy yourself by taking a walk through the “Tiergarten” park or the Potsdamer Platz” square.
