Nice apartment in Berlin, close to puplic transport

The house is located in a beautiful garden, surrounded by single and bi-family houses, in a very quiet posterior terrain. Guests may sit and enjoy a corner of the garden. The house is 20 years-old and in excellent condition. There is a sandbox for children to play in. There is also a nice park with a children’s area and a grassy knoll to relax in the direct surroundings. There is a private parking space in the garden area. The apartment is comprised of a large living room, one bedroom, kitchen and one bathroom. The living room is completely furnished with different built-in wardrobes, satellite TV, stereo-CD system and a corner sofa and table. There are large frontal windows with exterior shade that may be manually adjusted. There is a three-seat sofa and a two-seat sofa, an armchair next to a glass table with subtle lighting. The bedroom includes a double bed and nightstands with lamps. There is a large wardrobe to store clothes and personal items. There are also furniture and chairs. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. The walls have tiles to the height of the shower. Personal hygiene items may be stored in a hanging cabinet. The towels and toilet paper are included. For longer stays, clean towels are regularly provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, microwave, water boiler, stove and maximum possibilities for curing hunger between hours. Other kitchenware such as dishes, utensils, etc. is located in the cabinets. Berlin and its surroundings are well-known for the multitude of appealing sights, and therefore the well-connected location of the apartment is an advantage. There are two bus lines within 5 minutes; one of these lines will take you directly to Ku´damm (Kurfürsten Damm) or the Zoo Garden. Only 3 bus stops away is the streetcar station (Zehlendorf), which goes directly to Potsdam Plaza or in the opposite direction as Potsdam. The fair is 20 minutes away by car. Easy access to public transportation (typical Berlin) guaranteed. Wide variety of activities, for example: approx. 15 min. by car to horse back riding, 10 min. to tennis, sailing and other aquatic sports in Wansee only 20 minutes away. It is possible to rent a bicicle in the house, they are 2 bicicles availables.
