Modern furnished apartment in an apartment building in the western part of Berlin, close to the trade fair premises, the Kurfüstendamm boulevard and the lake Lietzen. Not far away there is the castle Charlottenburg. The apartment has a living/bed room with a double bed and a lounge area. There is a small built in kitchen unit with fridge, hobs, a coffee maker, silverware and dishes. The apartment has cable tv and bed linen, towels and the final cleaning is included in the rental price. For stays exceeding one week, a weekly cleaning is also included in the price.
On request you can reserve a parking space for the charge of EUR 5 per day. This is paid directly to the landlord and is not included in the rental price.
