Nice 45m² holiday apartment in Berlin Schöneberg. The apartment is ideal situated between the Kurfürstendamm boulevard and the Potsdamer Platz square but still in a quiet side street. There is a balcony and the flat is well equipped and tastefully furnished with wooden floor. There is a new kitchen with a dining table and chairs, a bathroom, and another room with a double bed (180x200cm). An extra bed (90x200cm) offers room for a third person. There is TV and bed linen, towels and cleaning after departure are included in the rental price. In the neighborhood you will find several shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, an internet cafe, and a laundry. In only 3 minutes walking you can reach the tram station bringing you directly (only 2 stops) to the Potsdamer Platz square and in 4 stops to the Friedrichstraße. There is also a metro station close by with connection to the main station Zoo.
From March, 1 to October 30 on request the owner supplies you with bikes at an extra charge of 5 Euros per day.
