Modern furnished apartment in a building in the western part of Berlin, close to the trade fair premises, the Kurfüstendamm boulevard and the lake Lietzen. It is also not very far away from the castle Charlottenburg. The apartment has a living-/bedroom with a double bed and a small lounge as well as a large entrance area where you will find the other double bed. There is a small built in kitchen unit with fridge, hobs, a coffee maker, silverware and dishes. The apartment has cable tv and bed linen, towels and the final cleaning is included in the rental price. For stays exceeding a week, a weekly cleaning is also included in the price.
The owner offers a baby bed if required. Furthermore, on request you can reserve a parking space for the charge of EUR 5 per day. This is paid directly to the landlord and is not included in the rental price.
